Yes! OOQIA offers many programs tailored to students and recent graduates.

Yes, but for engineering roles, we ask that you wait a year to gain additional experience before reapplying.
How much experience do I need?
We hire people with a wide range of professional experience and educational background. Likewise, some roles call for seasoned professionals, while others have more flexibility to bring on less experienced candidates. Either way, we've designed systems that allow our team to learn, grow, and thrive.

What's our culture like?

Are the positions offered work from home or on-site?
At OOQIA we prioritize remote work. As a result, most of the time we work remotely, but we try to go on-site occasionally so we can keep building our community bonds. However, we are open to keeping certain position 100% remote based on the employee's needs.
What are our usual working hours?
Our priority is to have a great work-life balance. Therefore, our schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM CST.
What is the English proficiency requirement?
To be part of the team, you will need to have at least a B2 English level written and spoken.
